Oatmeal Cranberry White Chocolate Chunk Cookies

YUM! I followed others advice and added about 3/4 tsp Cinnamon and some Vanilla. I used White Chocolate Chips and dropped the dough in round Tablespoons, not teaspoons. Baked for exactly 10 minutes and they are amazing! I imagination without the cinnamon and vanilla, they would be bland.

Broccoli Garlic Angel Hair Pasta

Not as difficult to make as I thought it might be and the taste reminded me of Scampi. I did not have Red Pepper Flakes, but did have a Red Bell Pepper. I chopped 1/3 of the pepper very small and added with the broccoli stem pieces. The rest of the pepper, I chopped large and added with the broccoli tops. The only other thing I did differently was to add the pasta to the sauce instead of pouring them into a clean pot. Didn't need to dirty an extra dish. The taste was very good and had perfect amount of garlic. I am definitely going to make this again. Thanks for sharing the recipe!

Monster Cookies VI

The cookies came out very nicely and I will make them again! Only 4 stars because the directions are not as specific as I would like and I did alter some minor things. First, I changed the servings to 36 and I softened the butter, used 1/4 C creamy PB and 1/2 C crunchy PB and used all quick cook oats. The directions don't mention either of these. Second, I did not use all the white sugar, added about 1 tsp. of water, added an extra spoon full of PB and used Light corn syrup that has real vanilla (it is what I had). I also did not have enough regular M&M's, so I used mini ones too. Used a large spoon to make large dough balls and baked for about 13 minutes. They were slightly browned on the bottoms and perfect! Yielded about 30 cookies.

Irish Cream Bundt Cake

Followed the recipe exactly, tasted the batter and added another splash of Baileys. Next time, I will plan on adding 1 Cup of it to begin with. I used an angel food cake pan because I did not have a bunt pan and it worked just as well. 1 Cup of pecans seemed like a lot, but it was perfect. I had a little trouble with the glaze. It hardened before I could put it on the cake. Next time, I will have the cake out of the pan and immediately poor the glaze on it. Will definitely make this recipe again! YUM

Best of the Best Blueberry Muffins

Makes 24 muffins regular sized, not 12. Also, way too buttery for me and a bit too sweet. I would cut at least 2 T of the butter out and the sugar to 1 C at most. Also, I would cook until tops are golden brown since they never sprang like the instructions say. Like the amount of blueberries. The muffins are good enough to eat, but not my opinion of”the best”.

Chocolate Oatmeal Cookies

Very good if you want a chocolate cinnamon fix! Easy to make. Used the mixer to mix everything and about 1 T less butter than it said to. Also added about 1T of water. YUM

Giant Chocolate Chip Cookie

Don't understand these ratings. I followed the instructions perfectly without good results. The batter tasted good, but cooking it at 375, the edges burned and the center did not cook through, not to mention the texture was too fluffy for cookies. I have made better giant cookies using the bagged dough. One tip - after baking, to get the good giant soft cookie, press the dough down firmly after letting it cool for about 5 minutes.

Apple Squares

So Good! Easy to make too. I did not sift anything, used one whole apple, doubled the cinnamon and did not even bother with the nuts or topping. It took a bit longer to bake than what the directions say, maybe 10 minutes more, but they baked perfectly! Next time I might not use all the sugar it calls for. Thanks for the amazing recipe!
