I'll give it a 5 star as my hubby, 2yo son and colleagues loved it! I baked yesterday and poured choc ganache over it (recipe also from here). I baked 2 cakes plus had leftovers that i used to make cupcakes instead. Hubby ate the cupcakes when it was fresh...he said it was moist. This morning, i brought to office (which i kept overnight in the fridge), I find that it tastes better than yesterday. It's not too sweet which goes well with the choc ganache. Colleagues said that it's still very moist and delicious. Had it with a cup of hot coffee. :)
I followed exactly as per recipe...no changes. I followed the advice of letting the hot cocoa mixture to completely cool before i added to the batter. I baked the cakes for 30 minutes and 17 minutes for cupcakes.
I let the cake to completely cool before I remove them for their pans. I did find that I had to handle the cake with care while i was torting the cake.
