Classic Beef Stuffed Peppers

These were delicious. I sliced mine in half instead of stuffing the whole pepper, which is what I usually do. I did this just for looks but they were wonderful. One little side note though.

The Best Ever Chicken Nuggets

These are delicious but I did make a few changes based on some of the other reviews. I used 3 cups of flour and 1 cup of bread crumbs. I also used 2 tablespoons of garlic salt and 2 tablespoons of onion powder instead of all the garlic salt. This seemed to make the saltiness just right.

Quick Pickled Eggs and Beets

This recipe is excellent and so easy. I never could get the exact amount of ingredients to make my eggs taste really good. The cinnamon adds a special touch.

Restaurant-Style Buffalo Chicken Wings

This seems to be an excellent recipe. The only thing is that I didn't let them sit in the refrigerator for the 60 minutes like it said to and they still fried up nicely and delicious.

Miracle Green Bean Casserole

This is a super recipe. I had to modify mine because I didn't have the sour cream on hand and the french fried onions. I used the salad dressing for the half cup of the sour cream and I used carmalized onions on top but it still tastes great.

Ruth's Grandma's Pie Crust

This is a delicious recipe for pie crust. For the people mentioning about the crust not being enough for two pies: you are right, but all I did was increase the servings to 36 and used the ingredients based on that. That calculation made enough for two pies and I had no problems getting it rolled out for two pies.

Pimento Cheese Spread II

This is a simple basic Pimento Cheese recipe; just what I was looking for. I think that it is delicious. I used salad dressing instead of mayo because I like the tart taste of salad dressing.

Chicken Corn Soup I

This soup was great. It is just like what I remember from years ago. I used chicken broth in place of the water and I used egg noodles intead of rivels. I omitted the hard boiled egg; my husband doesn't like his chicken corn soup with egg. Instead of frozen corn, I used canned corn also. This recipe turned out great.

Honey Mustard Dressing II

This is perfect as is. I needed a mustard sauce for dipping chicken and this was perfect. The only that I did different was used Miracle Whip instead of mayo because I use Miracle Whip in place of mayo all the time.

Best Pennsylvania Dutch Chicken Corn Soup

This recipe is excellent. The nice thing about this recipe is that you can add other spices if you wish and the taste can be customized for you. I added some basil, thyme, and some garlic salt. It was perfect for me because I used the left of turkey from Thanksgiving in it instead of chicken. Thank you.

Best Bread Machine Bread

I have never had success with my bread machine but this recipe changed my mind about my bread machine. I have had it for years and had given up on making bread with it. I did add the 1/2 tsp of salt as one of the others suggested and it turned out great. Thank you for this recipe. Update 12/24/2008 I made this bread dough in my machine and then transferred it to the bread pan and baked in the oven. It turned out perfect and it rose perfectly. UPDATE: I had to add a picture of this bread. It is a great recipe and I have to use my bread machine all the time now.

Creamy Au Gratin Potatoes

Fluffy French Toast

This French Toast recipe is wonderful. I use my home made bread for it and it turns out perfect. I usually have to double the recipe for my family but I do not double the eggs and it is still wonderful.
