Salmon with Lemon and Dill

I have to be honest, I'd use the Baked Salmon II recipe by LADYBLADE before using this one again. I can't really complain, though. The dill and lemon flavors were good. I just prefer fresh garlic over powdered. I will try this one again with the suggestions from the other users before giving up on it. Not at all a bad dinner, just not amazing.

Easy Pizza Sauce III

I finally had to print out this recipe because I use it so much. I use all "no salt added" paste/sauce and it works great. I freeze any leftovers and it thaws well to use later for little pizza bagels or english muffins for lunch. Thanks for the recipe!

Flavorful Rice

I did half the amount of rice/water and the same amount of spices, as per advice from other reviewers. I still put in a whole can of tomatoes. I usually have these ingredients on hand, so if I need a quick side, I'd probably make this dish again. It wasn't super good, but it was filling and it goes with just about any kind of beef/chicken/fish.

Caramel Pretzel Nut Popcorn

I made a 1/2 batch today and can't stop munching. I'm on a sugar high! :) I cooked only half of my 1/2 batch in the oven and left the other 1/2 and combined the two. It's a great mixture of crunchy vs. chewy. It would be really good with pecans. Thanks for the recipe.

Baked Salmon II

This is a new staple in our house! I agree with another recent review... that much oil is not necessary. It's no big deal, though, you just leave it in the foil! :) I did not marinade mine long (maybe 1/2 an hour), and it still was very good. Thanks for sharing!

Butternut and Apple Harvest Soup

I don't care for chives, so I didn't put them on top and I think it needs something to add flavor to the soup. I did freeze half, so when I thaw it, I'm going to top it with green onions and chili&lime pumpkin seeds. I think it would add a lot of flavor to (kind of) a bland soup. Overall, I do think it's worth your time to make it, I would just add something with a little bit of kick (to your liking). Thanks for sharing this recipe. It's a nice base.

Best Ever Saucy Beef Kabobs

I can't say this was a keeper. I didn't enjoy the tomato sauce as a base. If I were to try it again, maybe I'd use a spicy tomato sauce. If you like tomato, use more than "1 dash" of hot sauce. It's very bland. Thanks for sharing this recipe, though. I think it would be appealing to some, just not me and my 3picky eaters!

Lime Chicken Soft Tacos

I loved these tacos! I finally rated this recipe because I've used it multiple times and it's been great every time. The oregano gives the chicken an interesting flavor that I was skeptical about, but worry not!

Breakfast Pies

These are so easy to make and are a very hearty breakfast. I make them the night before (not a morning person) and nuke them in the microwave for about 10 seconds in the AM. Don't leave them out, like I did, or your dog will snatch them off the counter! They get 5 stars from her, too. Be sure to grease the muffin pan well, or you'll be scrubbing for a while to get it clean.
