Definitely no more frozen black bean burgers. This was cheaper and most important, just as tasty. I followed some of the advice and used two eggs and a full cup of bread crumbs. I also mashed the beans in a food processor instead of with a fork (was already using it so I figured why not make it easier on myself). I baked instead of grilled. The only issue was that the larger burgers didn't stay together as well as the smaller ones I made (bite-sized for my toddler), but that didn't really bother me. Good spice. I don't usually add too much salt to my dishes anyway. I may use ground flax seed the next time. It's been a great binder in other recipes I've used it in. I would definitely recommend this recipe to others. Thank you. :)
