This is an impulsive jump into starting a "blog;" and using it as a way to support loosing over half of my body weight. I so want to get healthier, and I want to encourage my family in their desire to "jump on the healthy train also."
So, I made this dinner last night for everyone...roasted chicken, selection of veggies, bread, biscuits and quinoa; and then ended with the baguette/dark chocolate app. from this site. Big hit with the family...I made a Shirataki noodle and veggie saute
with Tempeh...I know, it doesn't initially sound great; but the flavors were amazing!
I am working to loosing more weight...I have lost 150 so far. My goal, staying in a size 10; I was a woman's size 32, and I am now a size 14. I does feel great to be able to walk into stores and buy clothes; and not have to special order them from online.
