I thought these were very good. After reading other reviews I made them in a 9 x 9 pan, and added a little extra butter. They are very sweet, and when I make them again I will use all fruit jam with no added sugar. They were a hit at my office, however!

Banana Cake V

This is a very good cake - and so easy. I made exactly as the recipe except regular flour instead of cake flour. Definitely a keeper!

Passion Bars

These are so quick and easy to make, and very good...very rich though, almost like candy. The only change I made was using a half cup of milk chocolate chips and half a cup of peanut butter chips, because that is what I had on hand. Definitly will make these again.

Easy Raisin Cake

I thought this recipe was very good, and it got rave reveiws from the "crew" where I work. I only baked it for 30 minutes and it was perfect. Can not imagine that the one reviewer had to bake for an hour???

I think the reviewer who complained about this being dry will find it is the bisquick mixture that makes it dry. I have tried to make runzas with bisquick and they are always dry.

Coconut Orange Cupcakes

Neiman Marcus Cake II

I made this to take to my office for coffee break and it was a big hit. Some of the guys ate three pieces. I did reduce the sugar to three cups. They have all asked me to bring it again soon.

Meatloaf Muffins

We thought this was a very good recipe. One reviewer said to only bake for 30 minutes - I ended up baking for 45 and they could have used an extra 5 minutes, but not bad. I should have used the meat thermometer as suggested in the recipe.

No Bake Double Good Dessert

Vegetarian Cottage Cheese Patties

I really liked this recipe, the patties are delish! I did dredge them in bread crumbs before I fried them, and it just requires a little care to keep them from falling apart and sticking. Well worth any extra effort because they are very good.

Rave Reviews Coconut Cake

I made this cake for my daughter's birthday, and we loved it! The only thing I changed was that I used a canned key lime pie filling between the layers. Very easy and good.

My Country Style Steak

I made this exactly like the recipe, and we liked it alot. We eat quite a bit of cube steak (my husand's favorite, for some reason) but this recipe was just enough different to make it a nice change.

Blackberry Cobbler

I just made this, and loved it. I did add a teaspoon of vanilla and baked for 50 minutes. I'm sure I'll make it a lot, it is so quick and easy. Thanks, Valarie!!!
