These tasted great, but I was unimpressed with how flat they turned out. They were thinner than pancakes! They were also very greasy. I doubt we'll make them again.

Rhubarb Strawberry Crunch

I thought this recipe was absolutely phenomenal. I used about 3/4 cup of white sugar because I didn't feel it needed a whole cup. The amount of topping was PERFECT! I will definitely be making this again.

Baked Ziti I

This recipe is absolutely fantastic. I like to use hot Italian turkey sausage instead of ground beef. I also use an entire container of sour cream. This is a staple in our house.

Baked French Toast

This recipe was awful. There was way too much liquid and when it was cooked, there were gobs of eggy mixture in between the bread. The Oven-Baked Caramel French Toast recipe is MUCH better.

I made this recipe for Christmas brunch. It was fantastic and MUCH better than the Baked French Toast recipe from this site. I will definitely make this again.

Guinness® Bread

This bread was awesome. I doubled the recipe and baked it in loaf pans. I thought that two loaf pans would overflow, so I put it in three, but when I make it again, I'll do a single recipe in a single loaf pan. I think that will be perfect. I too served it with honey butter. I will definitely make it again.

Irish Cream Sugar Cookies

I doubled the Irish Cream as others had suggested. I made the first batch of cookies as drop cookies and they weren't so good. I rolled out the rest and they still weren't so good. They were just bland.

Irish Chicken and Dumplings

I ended up making this in the crock pot last weekend. I cooked it on high for 6 hours. Then, I dropped the dumplings on top and baked it in the oven for about 10 minutes. I thought it was delicious the night I made it, but didn't really care for the leftovers.

I followed many suggestions and used half the cream cheese. However, I think it was still a little too cheesy. I may try it again, but with 1/4 of the cream cheese, or maybe none at all.

This was a great recipe. I didn't add any salt, like others recommended. However, I used the Pampered Chef Rosemary seasoning, which has salt in it. I would definitely make this again.

Garlic and Artichoke Pizza

My husband and I made this pizza last night. We always use the Whole Wheat and Honey Pizza Dough recipe from this site. This pizza was delicious! We didn't add as much cheese as it called for, but it was absolutely gourmet!

Black Bean and Salsa Soup

This was delicious, easy, and super fast. I would definitely make this again! We didn't have any green onion, so that was omitted. Next time, I wouldn't blend all of the beans, as others have suggested.

Autumn Spice Ham Steak

This was delicious. I didn't have any green apples, so I only used red. Also, I used real maple syrup. Next time, I would probably follow other's suggestions and remove the ham, cook the apples in the syrup, then add the ham back in at the end for a minute or two.

Irresistible Pecan Pie

This recipe was good, but it wasn't significantly different from any other (easier) pecan pie recipes I've tried. I don't think it was worth the extra effort (the crushed, quartered, and halfed pecans). I also used a different crust recipe.
