Butternut Squash with Onions and Pecans

I usually just cut 'em in half, seed them and bake them but wanted to try something new. Didn't have pecans, so I used pine nuts. Delicious!

Luscious Eggnog

This was delicious! I skipped the food coloring and no one minded. Really tasty, rich and delicious. I don't see how it makes 10 servings, though.

Brussels Sprouts and Chestnuts

This was good, but for the amount of work, not worth the trouble, because I like brussel sprouts anyway so it's easier to just steam them. I would make this in the future, but not on Thanksgiving when there are so many things to cook.

Holiday Dressing

This will definitely be a tradition in my home. Absolutely delicious, moist, and a real hit with everyone. I added garlic and used jalapeno cornbread, which gave it a little zip. Really good!

The World's Best Turkey

Easy, moist, and the smell of the apples was wonderful. Gave the turkey a nice brown color. Everyone loved it. I especially loved the champagne flavor in the gravy.
