Super Crunch Oven Cooked Honey Dipped Wings
I enjoyed this chicken. It is good with or without the final step of coating in honey. My husband asked me not to dip it in honey, so I did half in honey and half not. Either way is good, but I think the ones dipped in honey taste better as leftovers. The next time I make the recipe, which does take much preparation and time, I'm going to dip the wings in honey for the sole purpose of putting them in the fridge so I can eat them the next day, rather than they day they are ready. They taste so good that way. Definitely not a 30 minute meal seeing that I let them marinate the 24 hours, and then taste better the next day after cooking, but good.

Florentine Stuffed Chicken
I somewhat combined this recipe with the chicken florentine casserole recipe and it was amazing. I ended up doing that because I wanted the stuffed chicken, but didn't know what I would serve with it. So I used the leftover spinach mixture I made to mix with some pasta and other things. I cooked the chicken first, then put it over the spinach/pasta mix and put the sauce and cheese over it as instructed in the casserole recipe.

Garlic Cheese Flatbread
So good I can't believe I made it! and easy, too! I've always been intimidated by any bread recipe that called for yeast. Well, I've been challenging myself lately and decided to go for it. This bread practically made itself. After I let it rise, I put it on the floured surface to roll it out, but I didn't have to. I'd gotten out my rolling pin for nothing. I just put it on in the pan and put the butter and other toppings on it. So good. I will be doing this again. Thanks for this recipe Gina!
