Fry Bread II

This is good fry bread, but sopapillas are VERY different in both Arizona and New Mexico (they are basically like a hallow pillow of dough, fry bread is flat).

Amusement Park Cornbread

I have never had cornbread at an amusement park, but this cornbread was VERY good. sweet, but even flavor, no bitter aftertaste. also very easy to make.

Scrumptious Sweet Potato Casserole

extermely sweet, but VERY addictive. great flavor. will definately make again! we didn't use pecans and it was still great. We did add marshmallows on top which made it almost too intense, but still so good!
