My cooking tragedies
Running out of gas during a work BBQ that we were hosting. Forgetting to put the yeast in a 350 lb batch of Italian Ciabatta dough at work. I only realized it a couple hours later after my crew and I had cut it up, rounded into buns, panned and tried to proof them. Needless to say, they never rose. And I've actually done this twice over the years.
