Good Old Fashioned Pancakes

Thank you. I was looking for a quick recipe with the minimum of ingredients and found yours. I changed the flour to wholegrain spelt for reduced gluton and more fibre. I forgot to add the butter and the fist pancake still came out well. Perfectly edible. I added the butter to the mix thereafter and the pancakes were very nice and really easy to make.

Easy Fruit Cobbler

Wow! This was a spectacular success! I prepared this last night and there wasn't a scrap left in the dish :o)) I used brown sugar instead of white and the cobbler went into the bottom of the oven at a higher temperature (190 C) because I had something else to cook at the same time that took twenty minutes of the total time. After I took the other item out, I turned the oven down to 165 and moved the cobbler to the middle shelf. The end result was a delicious crispy around the edges, caramally peach cobler which I served with vanilla bean icecream. Thanks so much for this excellent sweet treat.

Maple Apple Crisp

I give this 5 stars for flavour and ease of preparation. My topping was still floury after 35 minutes and the points were starting to burn. I have a convection oven so maybe I set the temp too high and thus couldn't cook the topping long enough to become crispy. Lovely flavour though.
