Smoky Chipotle Hummus

This is a great dip! I skipped the Tahini because they didn't have it at the store, instead threw in a tablespoon or so of sesame seeds. I have made it twice and both times got rave reviews. Easy and quick to make, also great because you can make it a few days ahead of the party and keep in the fridge. Great with crackers, pita chips and veggies. Would make a great spread on a sandwich too! Like others have said, please keep in mind you are only taking ONE chipotle pepper out of the can with adobo sauce...one is spicy enough for a general crowd!

Spinach and Mushroom Pinwheels

Delish! I threw in some minced garlic and a little garlic powder and they were perfect. Used premade pie crust from the fridge section to save on time. Froze them a few days before the party still in 'log form' let the logs thaw a little for an hour or so before cutting and they were perfect. Huge hit at my party.

Cheese-Stuffed Jalapenos

Delicious! BOY they are NOT KIDDING though about the plastic gloves...They are so necessary for cutting and deseeding. I started to cut w/o gloves and it burned any little cut on my finger and, after I put the gloves on I must have touched my face because my cheek and eyelid were burning!!! Also definitely cut them in a well- ventilated area or with a fan nearby because the fumes were so intense I was coughing and sneezing from inhaling the intense fumes. Also intense while boiling! Lightly cover them to contain the fumes. Beside that...these were a huge hit and my guests were raving and the plate was empty in a flash. I topped with pre-cooked bacon--tastes really good and really cuts down on prep time. If you put them in the oven the full 10min they will be very drippy which was fine but keep an eye on them. The recipe amounts were serioulsy perfect! One note though, this recipe obvs makes 50pcs. The '16 servings' was confusing.
