Christmas Eve dinner.
Dec. 26, 2011 6:48 am
Christmas eve, I had decided to go different, and had jamalaya and hush puppies,
still getting rave reviews.. lol Was going to make Mardi Gras Kings Cake, but
there is a tradition to put a doll in the cake, and who ever gets the doll on
their plate, is to host the next dinner. Didn't feel comfortable with that, but
couldn't figure out, until too late, what I could replace it with that was
edible. Well, I figured next time I do this theme, I will use licorice.. :-)

Tonight is going to be beef egg rolls and chinese almond cookies. Still not
if I want to try my hand at pork fried rice or not.. Will see.
