Network Engineer by Trade, Amateur Chef by night... I am pretty culturally diverse, I am half Italian and half Hungarian, My Great Grand Mother on my Italian Fathers side taught me everything you need to know about Italian cooking and my Mother first born in the US from Hungary taught me everything I need to know about Hungarian cooking.. since both cultures are so different when it comes to there ethnic cuisines I am currently infusing them together to make my own spin on things... :)
