Black Bean Vegetable Soup

This soup is outstanding! I didn't have any carrots, so I used 3 small red potatos instead. Great flavor and just the right amount of spice!

Apple Pie by Grandma Ople

This is a wonderful recipe! The last time I made it, I substituted apple cider for the water....added a really nice flavor!
