Lobster Pasta

This recipe was fantastic! We used lobster tails instead of whole lobsters. The leftovers were even better the next day. None was wasted! Yum!

Key West Penne

I served this for a dinner party of 8 and it was well received. It was a very hardy dish, but, I thought the taste was pretty different. I wouldn't make it again for myself, but, the rest of my family loved it. Its definately not your typical pasta dish.

Orange Cake

I LOVE THIS CAKE! It is so easy, which is my kind of recipe. I use 1 can of frozen orange juice concentrate, and it is enough for the cake and the glaze. Also, I "basted" the glaze on the last few times I have made this to get a nice crust on the cake and not waste so much glaze by having it run all over. Will make again and again.
