I used kitchen shears to cut up the biscuits and drop them right in the bowl. Or use a ziploc bag for the sugar mix.

Apple Cake IV

Nice texture and flavor. Best served warm.. Used tart Stayman apples. Don't like things too sweet so cut back the sugar by 1/4 cup and left off the topping. Substituted 3/4 cup white whole wheat flour for part of the all-purpose. Next time might chop the apples because the sliced apples were still firm so it was a little hard to cut through and get clean slices of cake.

Easy Beef Stroganoff

If you want to lighten it up use fat-free sour cream. I have also made a similar light version using fat free beef gravy, making meatballs with ground turkey, and Yolk-free noodles. Still tastes rich and creamy.

Overnight Blueberry French Toast

I softened the cream cheese then spread over whole bread slices. Put two together like a sandwich then cube. This distributes the cream cheese evenly.

Linzer Tarts

Use powdered sugar when re-rolling the dough so they don't get too dry and crumbly. For neater presentation Dust the baked and cooled half with the hole with confectioners sugar before topping with the jam covered half.

Peach Bread

May have done something wrong but the peach flavor was non-existent. Tasted like a very bland carrot cake. I had to use a larger loaf pan and added another 10 mins to the bake time and it still seemed undercooked. Next time I would add more peaches and cinnamon.
