Stuffed Mushrooms II

They were good - although I made them the day before and cooked them just before serving. I think a little chicken broth in the bottom of the pan would have made them moister.

Fish Chowder

Easy Potato Sausage Soup

This recipe is delicious! I'm not a big fan of kielbasa, but in this dish it was great! my in-laws (who are soup connoisseurs) raved about it!

Choice Apple and Banana Muffins

This recipe didn't work for me. The muffins looked and smelled good when I took them out of the oven, but fell shortly afterward. They were very heavy and stuck to the liners. Maybe they need an egg?
