Crustless Cranberry Pie
This is the most unbelievably good dessert I have made in a while. I have been cooking for 50+ years and have always been asked for my recipes. This one though, I get asked for it from 90% of all attending. The almond flavoring makes it addictive IMHO. The only thing I change is I put 1 full cup of unchopped pecans and I like it better than with walnuts. It definitely is tart, tart, tart! I have made it 10 times in the last month. Love, love, love this recipe.

Adobo Sirloin
4 of 5 because my husband liked it a lot. I liked it ,but personally thought it tasted too much like fajita meat. I will definitely try it as a marinade for fajitas. Thanks for the recipe.

Cottage Pudding (Cake for Strawberry Shortcake)
This cake is, unfortunately, too good. I ate entirely more than my share! At first I thought the taste of baking powder was too strong, but later decided that was part of why I liked it so much. I did have to keep resetting the timer to get it done in the middle. So, my question is...should it be cake like in the center, or should I have pulled it out after 25 minutes, so it would be like pudding in the middle? Whatever...I like it a lot!
