Pecan Pie V

Reviewed: Nov. 23, 2010
Ok great flavor but I think i may have whipped too much. Followed the baking instrictions that i baked at 350 for 10 min and then 300 for 55 min. Raised real high but when took out of oven it sunk leaving the top crust still attached. i am going to try it again though but it tasted wonderful!

This was a crowd pleaser. I made my pizza crust from scratch and prebaked it according to other suggestions. I used Blue Cheese dressing but also made the buttermilk hidden valley out of the packet for dipping. I cut into squares and served as an appetizer. Next time I will ad onion and jalapenos
