I'm a fulltime mom of three (they always keep me on my feet)! I'm very active not only with them, but with their school, and with my friends. I love to have my friends over just to get together for no reason at all. It's all about the food I say!

Depends on the day and the mood I'm in really. I love to cook anything and everything. Not afraid to try a recipe.
My favorite family cooking traditions
Cooking a great home cooked meal and making sure theres plenty of it to go around for all. Good food, good friends and plenty of good laughs.
My cooking triumphs
I haven't won any awards if thats what we're talking about. But I haven't heard anyone complaining lately either. :o)
My cooking tragedies
Well, the only cooking tragedy I can recall is when I tried to make my husband (very early in the marriage 1st year that is) muscles marrinara. Who knew that when muscles are open, their not so good. Live and learn I say. Sorry Mike. Needless to say, never made that dish again - per his request. Sorry honey! We're still together after 14 years though - many cooking successes I might add!

Awesome recipe! Thank you Ed, I lost my recipe. I substituted vanilla for the anise. I find my younger children like it better. It's yummy either way!

Simple BBQ Ribs
These were so good, that there was nothing left on the table for leftovers. With three small children and one finiky husband thats a DEFINATE COMPLIMENT!

Honey Glazed Carrots
Very easy to prepair, but I was [and so were my children] hoping for the taste to be a little more sweeter. Overall it was a quick and easy dish to prepair - especially when your short on time.
