well i,m a only child - no sisters to have me for dinner - so i had to fend for myself a lot of after school snacks - thank the hevens for PBJ SANDWICHES - mom said no cooking without her there so that was my first recipe - and was real good at it to - lol i have a lot of thing,s that i would like to cook that my mom was a pro at - but the cooking geine passed on me her mom (grandma) was even better than her. but i guess i like to cook the same things that all in here do - good tasteing food that we can enjoy our friend,s and family with. i dont know if theres enough room for the tragedies story but both of these are the same - my mom made the best cream puff,s in the whole world - and one day i thought i would make some for my mom,s birthday with a candel in them on a layer like a cake - this was 34 years ago and is still like it was yesterday - so i did - and the first batch did not rise ??? so i put them in the trash and did them again - and then to only end with the same problem - my heart bro ken - i went out side to feed the dogs and soon mom come home well we had a wennie dog and he got the trash and draged out the things i tried to make in the floor eatting them they were hard balls not puffed i rolled them so they would be right - wrong and the salt i put tabl. not tea. mom say what this - she laugh and hug me to much salt and i rolled the air out so they would not rise - but together we did a 3rd and put the candles - and her birthday was a think was the best she ever had cause we had cream puff,s every year to the day she died - i love you mom
