I'm in my 30's, married with 4 kids. I was born and raised in sunny san diego and probably will never leave, as I love it here so much! Currently, I am not working outside the home. Most of my free hours are spent taking care of my 4 kiddies. I have a degree in Slavic and East European Studies, with an emphasis in Russian language, culture and politics. I love to try new recipes, especially ethnic. My kids are rather picky, but my husband loves it all! I also love to bake, particurly with chocolate! Everyone here loves to eat those recipes, no problem there. My mom has a recipe that she got from her sister many years ago that we have every year, during the summer. It's called Peach Luscious and boy, is it yummy! It's quite the coveted dessert. Everyone in our extended family gets really excited around July when it's made. It's especially good for breakfast! There are a few things that I make that everyone really loves: Key Lime pie and some really delicious chocolate chip cookies. I like to find the best recipe of a certain thing, so I'll try many different versions until I find the best. Oh, I have many, especially if it's to do with any kind of meat. I'm getting better in that department, if I keep it simple.
