DE. LISH. Wow, what a classy, elegant soup (if you can call soup those things...). I made the recipe as instructed EXCEPT I only had salted butter, beef broth, and dried parsley (used 2 tsp) on hand. I should have left that tsp of salt out at the end, but it was still wonderful, just a tad bit on the salty side. I can't wait to make this again with chicken broth and a less salt. I think that all of the ingredients worked together well; the amount of dill and lemon was fine for me. Next time, I may add a little garlic to the onions and use different mushrooms. Honestly, I could have eaten the whole thing by myself, but I held back. I have some left for tomorrow. I am anxious to see how it tastes the next day. I am glad that no one in my house is a fan on mushrooms!
