Simple Squash and Sausage

We used 1/2 of a package of Oscar Mayer Turkey Smoked Sausage, which was a 7-oz. link. We sautéed the slices in 1 tbsp. of olive oil, removed it from the pan, and started to sauté the zucchini and squash, but there was not enough liquid to sauté them in. So we added about 1/2 c. chicken broth to have enough liquid. If you wanted to add more oil to sauté the vegetables, you could, but I didn't want to add any more fat servings to the dish. It was tasty, though, with just enough sweetness from the apricot preserves. We'd eat it again.
