Raspberry Lemon Muffins
Don't let the "dough" throw you off. These are good muffins and very tasty. The only substitute I did was use a whole egg instead of just egg whites. Instead of muffin batter I ended up with dough that made 12 mini muffins (there is no way this recipe can make 12 regular sized muffins). I baked them at 400 for 17 minutes but because they are so dense they still weren't done so I lowered the temp to 350 and baked for another 10 minutes. Still moist, just very dense. I would make these again.

Slow Cooker Chicken Stroganoff
The only things I did change - I used butter instead of margarine and added some fried mushrooms to the finished product. My slow cooker only has low 8 or 10 hours so it did cook for 8 hours but that didn't ruin the recipe at all. Very tasty.

Easy Batter Fruit Cobbler
I used whole milk, a little over 12 oz of frozen blackberries and blueberries (did not thaw), followed the directions exactly and it turned out perfectly. Slightly crunchy on top, moist but definitely not soggy. We all loved it. Will definitely make it again!
