Pierogi Casserole
Delicious with one qualification! While reading the recipe, what really stuck out to me was the garlic. In my experience garlic is not something normally in a pierogi, but I tried it anyway. I kinda wish I hadn't added it. I love garlic, but feel it really doesn't belong in this recipe, or at least it should be very minimal. Otherwise... very delicious and easy and I will be taking this to a holiday potluck.

Slow Cooker Turkey Breast
I made this recipe today with turkey wings. They were fantastic. I made my own onion soup mix with a copycat recipe which includes beef bouillion, dried minced onions, onion powder and fresh ground black pepper. This is also a very low-carb diet friendly meal. I skimmed the fat off the drippings and thickened it with xanthan gum for a yummy gravy. Even my 4-year old ate it!

Gizzards and Rice
This is an excellent starting point. I got the dish simmering (before adding the rice) and it seemed a little bland. I added about 1/4 cup red wine and 1 1/2 teaspoons dried tarragon. This really made the dish.
