Orange and Maple Glazed Turkey
I made a 20 pound turkey for 8 adults and 3 kids. Before I was able to fix my plate over 3/4 of the breast meat was gone. Two of the kids told me it was the best turkey ever and I watched more than one adult hover over the platter and gobble it up. I may be a bit impartial since I prepared it, but it was the best turkey I have tasted.

Creamy Cranberry Salad
Simply the best cranberry dish of any kind that I have ever tasted. Everyone that had it loved it.

Maple Salmon
Our family eats a lot of salmon since my brother and dad both have boats on Lake Michigan. My wife, daughter, and I all agreed that this was the best salmon we have had in our lives. I wrapped it in tin foil and opened the last fifteen minutes due to the massive size of the four pound fillet. Served with carrots made with maple syrup, butter, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, and ginger. They complimented each other perfectly, resulting in our daughter proclaiming it the best meal ever.
