Cheddar Bay Biscuits
So authentic! I used the "Easy Biscuit Mixture" on Allrecipes. I added the garlic & onion powder, salt and parsley to both the mix and then again to the butter, and they turned out great.

Pumpkin Turkey Chili
I used leftover turkey from Thanksgiving, added both broth, and tomato sauce to thin this thick chili; added more chili powder, some cumin, cayenne and garlic powder before it was the spiciness and consistence I wanted.

Restaurant-Style Tequila Lime Chicken
This is my favorite chicken recipe. Takes a bit of prep work, but well worth the accolades you'll get from those who taste it! I have adjusted the sauce somewhat to suit my tastes: more cumin, tomato and hot sauce. I've even used ultra low fat mayo, and it still turns out great!
