I am at the expert level of cooking. Always looking for and trying new ways to prepare the same foods. Hubby insists on three different meals each day so I don't want him getting bored eating the same thing over and over. My favorite is Gumbo with base. I cook german, mexican, italian, southern, and asian cuisines. My children think my asian dishes are far better than the restaurants. lol I believe in sharing recipes because when I'm gone, I want my recipes to still be eaten by family and friends. Seafood Gumbo, Chicken and Dumplings, egg drop soup, House Fried Rice, beef roast, smothered pork chops, etc When I first got married I could only make a poor excuse for spaghetti. I only knew how to make cornbread but I had to use the glass my father used to teach me to measure the milk.
