Peach Pie

Reviewed: Aug. 21, 2011
This is the best fruit pie that I have ever made!!!! I did not change anything except I added a tsp of cornstarch to the flour, butter and sugar, and I topped each layer of peaches with sprinkles of ground cinnamon. So good! Also, I recommend peeling the peaches(even though this can be laborous, I just use a knife.) But it is not neccessary. Also, you do not have to do lattice strips for the top pie crust. I just followed the instructions from the lady in the cooking video attached to this recipe. Thankyou so much! my family loves this!:)

These tasted awesome! They tasted really good warmed up. Drizzle with honey and sift on powdered sugar. Delish!

Berry Smoothie

Reviewed: Jul. 7, 2011
i recommend substituting orange juice for milk, leaving out the ice cube if your already using frozen berries and use honey instead of sugar. They are good both ways but i prefer this way.

Red Velvet Cupcakes

Reviewed: Apr. 17, 2011
These were yummy and made cute little mini cupcakes. However, mine did not look anything like the ones is your picture...as in they were not red, they were more auburn. This means you should probably cut down on the coacoa powder, which I will do next time. Also, these seemed just a tad dry and would be pretty bland if you don't add frosting. Other than all that, it delish. thanks!

Cracked Sugar Cookies I

Reviewed: Apr. 10, 2011
These cookies are FANTASTIC! Some reviewers said that you need to flatten them but you really SHOULD NOT flatten them. Just follow the recipe and if you leave them on the pan for awhile after they are out of the oven, they will get flat. I was a little worried about the dough at first because it was awfully crumbily but the cookies tasted awesome. The crumbily dough is what makes the cookies cracked. Thank you so much, I wouldn't change a thing!

Lemon Bars I

Reviewed: Apr. 8, 2011
These were delicious, don't get me wrong but I am giving it 4 out of 5 stars because I thought they were a little too flat and was missing a little something in the crust.

Snickerdoodles I

Reviewed: Apr. 8, 2011
These were pretty good. They do not keep too good, however.(I even did the bread in a ziplock baggie trick, and they still crumbled.) I think they taste good but perhaps to avoid crumbling, one could put these in a air tight container/bag in the fridge. Refridgerating makes food firm and solid and if the cookies are in an airtight container, the taste will not be affected. So I think it's worth a shot!

The Best Banana Bread

Reviewed: Apr. 8, 2011
Excellent banana bread! I made mini muffins which took about 12 minutes and regular muffins which took 25 minutes. for a moister bread, I only used 1&1/2 cups of flour instead of 2. I also used 1/4 tsp salt and butter instead of margarine. Also, I recommend combining a 1/2 cup brown sugar and a 1/2 cup white sugar to cream with the butter instead of just white sugar. To finalize these, I mixed in chocolate chips and I sprinkled a little cinnamon on each muffin before baking. They are amazing! Next time, I will try adding peanut butter to these as well. Thanks for the recipe!

Peanut Butter Cup Cookies

I made these for thanksgiving and everyone loved them even better than the pie! I agree with some of the other reviewers that you must refridgerate the pb-cups unwrapped before you press them into the hot cookies. thanks!
