Beth's Spicy Oatmeal Raisin Cookies

Reviewed: Feb. 12, 2005
These were very good. I did take the suggestion of another review and went a little heavy on the spices. I also had my raisins soaking in spiced rum since Wednesday! Very Yummy! This is a keeper! Thanks

Alison's Gluten-Free Bread

Reviewed: Dec. 4, 2002
this makes great pizza bread. We spread it in a jelly roll pan, brush with a little olive oil or sometimes with a light coating of pizza sauce and then bake/freeze. My son can have pizza any time now! :-)

Applesauce Bars

Reviewed: Oct. 13, 2002
My son is on a gluten free casien free diet, so I changed the flour to a gluten free flour, added some xanthan gum, and used soy butter and milk substitutes where needed. These were great!! My son loves them and they are a great way to get fruit down him.

Orange Chocolate Muffins

Reviewed: Sep. 28, 2002
This was a big let down. Did not care for them at all. Not enough orange flavor and not at all what you thought they were going to taste like. Yuck.

Gluten-Free Yellow Cake

Reviewed: Jul. 2, 2002
I added a 1/c cup cocoa powder and a little extra sugar to compensate for the bitterness of the cocoa and made cup cakes. My son just gobbled them up! No frosting need. Yum! Yum!

The best!! Even some one who doesn't cook or bake can do this one. Do not freeze. Does not thaw out well. Best to store in airtight container. MMM MMM GOOD!
