YUMMY! I used the whole packet of Ranch dressing mix and only 1/2 bottle of Franks Wing Sauce. There was a lot of liquid in my slow cooker so I tried to drain it and reduce it so I'd have a slightly thicker sauce, but my patience and my chicken couldn't wait. It was okay though because when I shredded the chicken it sort of absorbed the extra sauce. Next time I might add a boneless thigh or two for a little extra flavor but it was delicious just the way the recipe is written. Served it on some toasted whole wheat buns and topped with blue cheese dressing. Might try blue cheese slaw next time. My 11 year old ate two whole sandwiches! We'll definitely be having this again soon.
