Michael's Foccacia Bread

Reviewed: Feb. 9, 2009
Awesome and very, very easy. FYI, I did not add the onion, just topped with rosemary and parmesan. Slice through the middle to make great tasty sandwich bread. This is an excellent all-purpose bread for any occasion, and I look forward to using it for pizza crust, too!

Blueberry Scones

Reviewed: Jan. 4, 2009
GREAT - but you can easily double the sugar, and you might want to, if you like your scones a little sweet (particularly if your blueberries are not very sweet). And in fact, I would recommend using more sugar if you are used to "coffee shop" scones. Very good, though, and easy to make. Also, I used someone's recommendation of 1/2 cup of plain yogurt instead of the half and half/cream. It worked great!

Quiche

Reviewed: Dec. 19, 2005
This is a great recipe to tinker with - use different cheeses, different meats & veggies, etc, to create a new quiche every time. My favorite so far: bacon and spinach!
