This was great!!! Definately a Keeper for future parties. I made a ice ring as suggested and it was great!! No need to cool the punch ingreadients or have ice.

Twenty-Four Hour Salad

Very good and I didn't even leave it 24hrs so I had to mix it up a bit. I added mushrooms. I will make this again!!! And I think this will be my Christmas salad.

This was Wonderful!!!!!! And got so many compliments!!! I made it twice the first time I used 1 1/2 lbs mild italian saugage. It was good but I found it over whelming. Today I just used 1 lb. and it was better - great!! I mixed all of the ingredients (eggs,saugage,etc) the night before and then in the morning I put it all in the pan. It cooked a little longer, but it was great!!! This is a KEEPER and great for overnight guests

Egg and Hash Brown Pie

This was nice, I doubled it. It was received well at my New Years brunch. Instead of the bacon. I added mushrooms. I made this my veggie freinds treat. They lied it. I think next time I will put cresent rolls on the bottom of the pan. To make this even quicker I prepared all the ingredents the night before (eggs & milk), (cheese, onions, mushrooms). Mixed it together in the morning. - great!!

This was very good. I would make this again. I like the fact that you toast the bread. I think that is a major key to this recipe.

Baked French Toast

This was great. I made two of these. Everyone loved this at my brunch today. I will make this again and again. I did use the 6 eggs and the 1 cup. I made the original last week and it was good but a little like bread pudding. One tip: This time I cut the bread into smaller pieces and I put them upright in the pan rather than flat in the pan. I was able to fit the whole lb of bread and it looked pretty. I served it with mixed berrys (blue, black, and rasberrys).

Apricot Pistachio Rolled Pork

Wow!! This was great!! It got great reviews. this will likely become a regular favorite for company and possible Christmas. I had the butcher cut it for me and they provieded the string. It was really simple and Yummy.
