I hate giving bad reviews, but I'm going to be honest. My guests liked this, but I will be using different measurements next time.
I followed the recipe exactly and it ended up being extremely heavy, and thick with the cream cheese. A plus is that it wasn't overly sweet, so I felt I could add another cup of confectioner's sugar, which helped a little. I would suggest using half the cream cheese and maybe more confectioner's sugar.
This might be good over cinnamon rolls, or as a dip for cinnamon sticks. I wouldn't suggest anyone use it over cake or cupcakes (what I made) because it was too heavy for the cake. I felt like I was eating a cream cheese pudding actually.
