Spicy Basil Chicken

Reviewed: Apr. 12, 2012
This was super easy to make and tasty!! My hubby loved it. I didn't have chili oil and I wish I did. I added a cup of water as another reviewer stated to thin out the sauce and lower the saltiness. The dish wasn't as spicy as I was expecting so I added some Sriracha to kick it up a notch. I also added red & orange bell peppers, broccoli, and zucchini. I will definitely make this again!! I also used brown rice. Next time I will try tofu.

Reviewed: Feb. 20, 2012
I would use boneless skinless chicken thighs next time... The chicken came out a little too dry.

Reviewed: Jan. 30, 2012
My family LOVED this dip... Next time I will mix the cheese into the dip. Once the dip started getting cold the cheese turned hard and was difficult to eat.

Lamb Chops with Balsamic Reduction

Reviewed: Nov. 3, 2011
I love, love, love this dish! I actually used an Italian season blend because I didn't have loose basil or thyme. I added extra rosemary and my own salt and pepper. I have this Walnut and Fig Balsamic vinegar it paired really well with the savory sweet potatoes I made to go with the dish. I will definitely be making this dish again.. My whole family loved it. Did I mention, this was my first time cooking lamb?? Well.. It was!

Lowcountry Shrimp and Cheese Grits

Reviewed: Oct. 11, 2010
I've made this three times and it comes out great every time!! I make a cream sauce to go over the shrimp and grits and I think it really adds flavor to the dish.

Cinnamon Cream Syrup

Reviewed: Sep. 12, 2010
It was a little thick but it went very well with the sweet potato pancakes that I made. It was still yummy a week later when I reheated it.

Turkey Enchiladas

Reviewed: Aug. 15, 2010
My parents loved this recipe. I used whole wheat tortillas to make the dish more healthy and took out the black olives because I do not like them... This recipe was great!!
