When I got to the store to buy what I needed for this recipe, I found they had boneless pork chops on sale, buy 1 get 1 free that were thin. So the only thing I changed was to pound out each chop and put the cheese mix in between 2 chops. I cut the chops in 1/2 so they became 2 thick chops. Then put toothpicks all around them to seal. I put them right over the coals til both sides were nice and brown then I placed them to the side of the coals and let the smoke finish cooking them. They turned out AMAZING!! Thank you so much for this recipe, I am going to try this with chicken breasts next.
