Grilled Lemon Chicken
Marinaded boneless skinless chicken thighs for 6 hours then grilled. Not much flavor. I needed to squeeze a few lemons over and salt the cooked chicken after just to taste anything. Yes, the chicken was tender, but I did cook thighs and you have to really try to make those dry. I read many people saying the mustard was over-powering. I definitely didn't have that problem. I will be looking for a new lemon chicken recipe. This wasn't for me.

Honey Mustard Dressing II
Oh my goodness!!! This is amazing! I am on the fence when it comes to honey mustard. I'm a mustard fan, yet not so much a honey "lover". I usually steer clear, but tonight I made this for my family to go along with chicken strips. I ended up trying some and I have to say, this was FANTASTIC! I started dipping everything from my plate it. Broccoli, pasta, my name it. Awesome recipe. Its a must try. Promise you won't be disappointed. Oh, btw..followed exactly EXCEPT no lemon juice (whomp whomp). I just sub'd white vinegar. Still fabulous.

Delicious Ham and Potato Soup
Delicious. I've never had ham soup before but based on the amount of 5-star reviews I just had to make this with some of my leftover holiday ham. I added about 1/4 cup diced carrots for color and 2 extra cups of water. It looked like it was going to be very thick with only 3. I shouldn't have done that because with the milk, the soup would have had a perfect viscosity. Taste is still fantastic! Super easy and a perfect recipe for your extra Xmas ham.
