Chicken Pot Pie IX
This came out really great and I don't even like chicken pot pie. I did follow most of the suggestions previously....I wouldn't double the sauce recipe, but only add a 1/4 cup more of each liquid, or you will end up with too much. I brushed my crust with egg whites too as suggested and came out beautifully!
