Clone of a Cinnabon
FABULOUS!!! I used to live in a town that didn’t have a Cinnabon store. Whenever I would come home I made a B-line for the mall. I consider myself a Cinnabon connoisseur- having said that this recipe is nearly dead on! I have never attempted cinnamon rolls before but they were a success. The only issue I had was following other suggestion of turning them over when they are done. Great idea but I suggest turning them carefully onto a plate so you won’t mangle them as I did. I made them yesterday, refrigerated them over night and baked them this morning without letting them sit out to rise. They are AWESOME!

Caramel Apple Pie II
Wow!! I’m not an apple pie fan but this was SPECTACULAR! I made it my own. I cooked my Granny Smith apples, added walnuts, melted the caramel and used a crumb crust on top with the nuts and caramel drizzled over the top. It looks and taste amazing! This has become my family’s favorite pie. Be sure to let it cool for an hour and the second day is even better.
