I absolutely love the combination of all these ingredients but never thought of putting them together until I came across this recipe. Thanks for sharing.

Orzo with Kale

Reviewed: Jun. 3, 2011
Wow! Definitely a recipe I will be making more often. One suggestion I'd like to make is to be careful when you strain the orzo that has been boiling in the turmeric because it stains pretty easily, other than that, the whole family loved this recipe especially my 3 year old.

Lebanese Chicken and Potatoes

Reviewed: Apr. 6, 2011
I only gave it a 4 star because I didn't have chicken next to it and only baked the potatoes, but definitely make again. I added lots of herbs and fresh garlic.

Cheryl's Spinach Cheesy Pasta Casserole

Reviewed: Apr. 6, 2011
Super easy and Yummy! I sauteed the spinach with lots of garlic and to it added oregano and little bit of basil, I used garlic and onion spaghetti sauce and not so much cheese. Definitely a keeper.

Fresh Spinach and Sun-Dried Tomato Lasagna

Reviewed: Feb. 23, 2011
I would give this recipe more stars if I could. My husband FINALLY asked me for seconds which he hardly does, he's exact comment was and I quote "The BEST LASAGNA you've ever made." I was actually able to stop myself while in middle of eating this dish just to comment on how YUMMY this dish turned out. The best white sauce I've ever tasted in any lasagna. I'm planning on making this dish again when our guest come over next week. Things I did differently was I allowed the white sauce to thicken a little longer (advise I read from other reviews on this recipe). I omitted the wine just because I don't cook or use wine nor did I add any broth, I just added everything else it said plus a ton of garlic (5 or 6) and some basil (about 1 teaspoon) as well. I also added 2 to 4 teaspoons of sun-dried tomato marinated in oil (Julienne Cut) and I'm so glad I did because it complimented the flavors of this meal even more. Thanks for sharing!

I would of given it 5 star if it would of had some fresh parsley and at least 4 garlic. Overall, I liked the recipe, thanks for sharing.

Five Minute Ice Cream

Reviewed: Feb. 17, 2011
this deserve 5 star just for how simple it seems and how yummy it sounds. I haven't tried it but I'm definitely going to write it on my shopping list. ***Update*** I've made this ice cream and it's official: I will never buy ice cream from the store ever again. I made this with frozen raspberries and I only have one word say, WOW! I've also made it with frozen peaches and coconut milk and my husband said the same thing I said, never buy store bought ice cream again, just make this.

Tofu Creamed Spinach

Reviewed: Feb. 15, 2011
I didn't have enough fresh spinach (I didn't buy spinach in a bag like the recipe called for) so I added Kale and more garlic than the recipe called for (4 or 5, I love garlic), also I didn't have any parmesan cheese so I used Havarti cheese and it was delicious, definitely a recipe I will keep. Next time I will try to have more of what the recipe calls to be able to enjoy it as it states in the recipe but since I found this recipe after I went grocery shopping so I improvised with what I had on hand. It was still very YUMMY and TASTY.

Roasted Beets 'n' Sweets

Reviewed: Feb. 10, 2011
My second time making this. The WHOLE family LOVED this recipe. I didn't have sweet potato on hand when I found this recipe so I substituted with butternut squash and it turned out so YUMMY! I also added 3 fresh garlic and some parsley to give it some green color. This will be a recipe I will make throughout the year.

Sausage and Sun-Dried Tomato Quiche

Reviewed: Nov. 24, 2010
Our new favorite dish, but I've made some changes. I made it with vegetarian sausages, and added more garlic than the original recipe calls for.
