Easy Bok Choy

Made this for dinner and everyone enjoyed it. It is important to cook the white part of the bok choy first as the leaf part cooks quickly.

Fried Cabbage II

Easy Indian Style Okra

Perfect recipe, it helps that I love Okra so much. I learnt on this site (little too late) not to wash Okra as it gets slimmy, did not affect the taste though.

Rhubarb Strawberry Crunch

Made this recipe to use up some rhubarb given by a friend. Crunch turned out good, I would have liked the topping to turn out crunchier, could of been something done by me and not the recipe itself.

Dad's Pan-Fried Green Beans

The green beans turned out very delicious. I added a teaspoon of sesame seeds, for a bit of crunch. Make sure to boil them for the required amount of 5 minutes as they are good crisp.

Chocolate Trifle

Seems as though am in the minority with this dessert. I found the trifle to be too sweet, with overpowering whip cream, as well time consuming. I made home baked brownies, should have stopped there.

Delicious!Made it for my daughters 15th birthday party, and everyone enjoyed it. One comment made was that it tasted better than cheesecakes sold at bakeries or restaurants. Served it with a strawberry sauce.
