Perfect Ten Baked Cod

Skipped the wine and lemon, used ritz mixed w/garlic, rosemary and parsley (like Naples34102), forgot to season fish, just dipped in the butter, put ritz mixture on from beginning and baked it straight through without taking out. Great!

Pan Fried Swiss Chard

I had prefried bacon that I crumbled a few strips of. I have a jar of frozen bacon fat in the freezer that I cut a couple of tsp.'s of and heated up in the pan & then added the butter. I saut├ęd some chopped onion, the chard stems (& garlic after a few minutes) then followed rest of recipe and added the bacon and some crumbled feta cheese. Loved the lemon addition. Great recipe!

Great! Put garlic powder and worchestershire in the cream cheese (next time I'll try ranch mix) and froze for 15 min. Everyone loved them!

Spicy Eggplant

Used most of the same changes as "Spyce" & used miniature white eggplant & dark purple. The chili garlic sauce I used (tuong ot toi Vietnam) was very hot, but great.

Spruced Up Mashed Potatoes

I had more cauliflower than potatoes, but boiled all together (carrots could have boiled longer to mash better, but they still tasted great). Added more butter & didn't need the milk.
