White Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Cookies
Ok, but quite bland. Think next time I would go with someone else's suggestion and try Butterscotch chips and maybe some coconut.

Brown Sugar Smokies
Like those before me, my only mistake in making these, was not making enough! These are a fabulous little appetizer, and were a huge hit at our Christmas party. I cut my bacon in 1/3, wrapped, rolled in brown sugar and secured with a toothpick. I poured extra sugar in the dish overtop of them and let them sit overnight. 24 hours later, I put them on a broiling pan, added a bit more sugar and baked at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. I broiled them the last few minutes, and they came out super crisp. The broiler pan is a really great idea! FABULOUS recipe!!!!!

April's Roasted Red Pepper Cheese Ball
This is my first cheese ball, and I made it for our annual Christmas party. What a hit! I took the advice of those before me and added 1 tsp dijonaise and 1 1/2 tsp of the red pepper juice. I rolled it in slivered almonds and served with baked Wheat Thins. It was so great, I am re-making for another party 3 days later!
