Microwave Bread and Butter Pickles

Wonderful! Didn't have any of the "right" ingredients and it still worked!! This was sooooo easy. I wasn't sure if I was supposed to use a lid so I used my vented pampered chef micro safe container. I used zucchini (which is abundant in my garden right now), mustard powder for mustard seed, 1/2 the sugar (because it was noted you could and we are on a budget), cider vinegar for white vinegar, pickling spice for celery seed, turmeric and a pinch of curry powder (because I love it). And, it was still fabulous. So happy I'm going to try it on carrots tonight!! :o)

Bran Flax Muffins

I was not convinced. By the time I shredded everything I wanted to cry. But, they taste fantastic. I've used chopped dates instead of raisans as I'm not a raisan fan. Next time I'm going to use my food processor :o)

Roasted Rack of Lamb

fatastic, I was worried about the mustard as no one in my house including myself likes it. but i followed the recipe exact (ok i used yellow mustard not dijan as it's what was in my house). This dish was fantastic!! The lamb was cooked just right. And, it tasted fab!!! Way impressed.

Kathy's Delicious Whole Slow Cooker Chicken

Loved it!!! I left skin on because I'm lazy. When the chicken was cooked the skin just fell off took 2 minutes to get rid of. I reduced olive oil to 2 tablespoons. And I changed honey for splenda as I eat low carb but next time I'm going to miss it all together. The chicken was amazing. So easy to prepare and serve. My husband and my 3 year old boy loved it. Thanks for the fab recipe!!
