Wonderful! Didn't have any of the "right" ingredients and it still worked!! This was sooooo easy. I wasn't sure if I was supposed to use a lid so I used my vented pampered chef micro safe container. I used zucchini (which is abundant in my garden right now), mustard powder for mustard seed, 1/2 the sugar (because it was noted you could and we are on a budget), cider vinegar for white vinegar, pickling spice for celery seed, turmeric and a pinch of curry powder (because I love it). And, it was still fabulous. So happy I'm going to try it on carrots tonight!! :o)
