I could taste the white vinegar in the pancakes......I will try again but with only one half the amount of vinegar.

Santa Maria Grilled Tri-Tip Beef

Reviewed: Aug. 14, 2014
Wow! This was as easy as it was delicious. I used a tri-tip that was a bit smaller than the recipe called for so I reduced the dry rub ingredients by one half, which turned out to be plenty. The flavor was wonderful, although next time I will reduce the salt a bit. My husband loved it. This is definitely going into the recipe box.

Old Man's Turkey Noodle Soup

Reviewed: Dec. 29, 2013
I love this soup! I boiled the leftover carcass of my Christmas turkey for several hours, removed the solids by using a strainer and had the 3 quarts of broth. In my stock pot, I sautéed the onion, celery and carrot, along with the spices and herbs in a small amount of olive oil until softened. Then added back in the broth and several cups of cut up white and dark meat. I brought to a boil then reduced heat and allowed it to simmer for about an hour before adding in the cooked noodles. Delicious and So easy!

Salsa Ninety Nine (Mild)

Reviewed: Sep. 12, 2013
My family and I LOVE this recipe! I have made it for the last five or six years and have been told many times that this is the "Best Salsa ever". I make it as listed but also add about 1/2 cup of diced fresh carrots for some added crunch and sweetness and some extra fresh cilantro. The only draw back of making this is that it does take ALL day. However, I pack it in hot canning jars and it keeps very well.
