Apple Crisp IV
Needs more brown sugar, cinnamon and less flour. Very bland.

Chocolate Chip Meringue Drops
Classic meringue recipe. I also added cream of tartar to stabilize. My one quibble with this recipe as written is that it only makes ~20 very small cookies, not 40. I have made this several different ways and my favourite is with almond extract instead of vanilla and topped with a couple of sliced almonds and a bit of powdered sugar. Yummy!

Grilled Gingered Salmon
This recipe has far far too much sugar as written. What a way to ruin a beautiful piece of salmon. As one other reviewer wrote, cut the sugar way back to a tbsp or two max and the soy sauce back to about half (use low sodium!) and let the flavor of the fish come through.
